About the Kindles
The Garland County Library has six Kindle Paperwhites available for checkout to patrons with accounts in good standing. Four Kindles are available at the circulation desk and they're already loaded with popular mysteries, thrillers, biographies, and more. Two Kindles are available in the Children's Department and are loaded with great books for kids! All of the Kindles are regularly updated to have some of the newest, most popular books. Check them out!
Rules
-You may only have one Kindle per Library card.
-Cardholder must be at least 18 years of age.
-The checkout period is three weeks- no renewals.
-$10 fine if returned in the book drop- The Kindles must be returned to a staff member.
-$1/day late fee. After 5 days, the Kindle will be consdered lost and a $200 fine added to the account.
-$40 fine if the charger, protective case, or USB cable are not returned in good condition.
